I want to tone my entire body but especially my thighs. I have thunder thighs! I want to workout and get lean legs, but i’m really worried about my legs getting bulkier since they are already big. Any ideas? How can i get lean legs not bulky, what exercises???

My thighs and bum are quite big also. I am starting to get back into the exercise routine again and cardio is super important in losing fat. If you have fat on your legs and bum like me, you have to do a lot of cardio before you can do too much resistance. I only say this because from my experience I was doing every leg workout in the book but hardly any cardio. I didn’t notice any difference other than how hard my muscles were but there was still a lot of fat. I was just building muscle under the fat and not burning any fat off.
I say go for runs, use a treadmill, walk a lot, jump rope, anything to pump up your cardio. Mixing cardio and resistance is a perfect combination.
